The Billing Administrator / Coordinator is an integral player on the finance team that provides billing and collection support for the daily, weekly and monthly accounting functions.This will be carried out by:

• Obtaining supporting evidence for billing to customers;
• Entering data into customer portals;
• Preparing and analyzing the aged A/R in an effort to collect outstanding receivables;

Business Systems Analysts are responsible for handling needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies. They receive business needs from business partners, solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution to present to technology staff.

Reporting to the senior executive team, this person will be responsible for streamlining the financial processes and establish property internal controls to support the growth of the company.
